Job Type

Pay: $45 - $60.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with rehabilitation regulations and best practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions focusing on mobility, strength, and functional independence for patients with diverse disabilities.
• Lead patient rehabilitation sessions utilizing manual handling techniques and physiotherapy modalities to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams, including nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards such as basic life support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) protocols during all procedures.
• Assist in managing rehabilitation services within the facility, contributing to quality improvement initiatives and staff training.

Experience

Skilled Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required)
