Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

CaroMont Family Medicine – Lake Wylie is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our primary care team which consists of three MDs, and two APPs. This opportunity offers the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while providing comprehensive care in a supportive practice environment.

• Comprehensive on-site diagnostics, including laboratory services and digital X-ray capabilities.
• Outpatient schedule: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

** Key Responsibilities **

• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.
• Deliver patient education regarding individualized treatment plans, chronic disease management, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health record documentation utilizing EPIC.

** Requirements **

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from accredited NP or PA program
• Board Certified FNP or PA-C
• Active North Carolina medical license and DEA registration, with the ability and willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure and DEA registration.
• BLS/ACLS certification
