Licensed Registered Nurse Field Case Manager

Growing case management company based out of Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced nurse to provide field case management services in the Greensboro area. Must be a licensed registered nurse. 2 years experience in worker's compensation preferred.

Must be certified or have certification eligibility status. CCM certification highly beneficial. Bilingual is a plus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Client field case management
• Design of injured worker care plan
• Execution of care plan
• Coordinate care services with care providers
