Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Float Homecare team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered hospice care while supporting multiple areas of our organization, including Homecare, Admissions, and Inpatient Units, based on staffing and patient care needs.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a variety of care settings. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, nursing assessments, and individualized care plans, while offering education, guidance, and compassionate support to patients and their caregivers.

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys variety in their workday, values teamwork, and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families across the communities we serve.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Status: Full-time

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – Bachelor’s degree preferred. Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required. Must maintain CPR certification.

Experience

One to three years of hospice/oncology nursing experience required.
