This is not a file-pushing job. You’ll set strategy, negotiate, and make the calls on your caseload, with the firm’s resources behind you.
Why attorneys are interested:
- Quality cases. You’ll work on a high-volume book of matters worth maximizing.
- Real support. Legal assistants, case managers, lien negotiators, medical professionals, and fellow attorneys all work alongside you.
- Autonomy. You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll run your caseload and your strategy.
- Room to grow. The firm promotes from within, with paths into complex cases, mentoring, and management as it scales nationally.
- Strong benefits. The 401(k) has a 4% safe-harbor match that is fully vested from day one.
Duties:
- Lead cases from intake to settlement, including investigating liability, damages, and case value.
- Analyze medical records and evidence to build a case strategy and find added value.

- Guide clients through the process so they feel informed and cared for.
Requirements:
- Active California Bar membership in good standing.
- 5+ years of plaintiff PI experience (preferred).
- A track record managing a significant PI caseload.

- Confident, empathetic client communication.
- Strong organization and follow-through. You spot what’s holding a case back and fix it.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
Compensation & benefits:
- $150,000 - $180,000 base, depending on experience
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- 401(k) with a 4% fully vested safe-harbor match
