Provide Personalized, Proactive Care. More Time for What Matters.

=====================================================================

Full-Time, Monday–Friday | Just 2.5 Patients/Hour | Quality Over Quantity!

Why CareATC is Different (and Why You'll Love It Here)

At CareATC, we believe healthcare should be about people, not patient volume.

Our employer-sponsored healthcare model gives providers more time to build meaningful relationships, focus on prevention, and help patients achieve better long-term health outcomes.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), you'll provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, collaborative environment where quality comes before quantity. With a focus on preventive wellness, chronic disease management, and meaningful patient relationships, you'll see an average of 2.5 patients per hour.

Free from many of the pressures of traditional fee-for-service medicine, you'll have more time to focus on your patients—and your life outside of work.

CareATC Advantages

  • Predictable schedule with no nights or weekends
  • More time with patients to focus on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management
  • Generous CEU reimbursement to support professional development
  • Malpractice and tail coverage provided
  • Comprehensive benefits starting on day 31 of employment, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Holidays, and Life Insurance
  • Telehealth access starting on day 1 of employment
  • Day 1 access to CareATC health centers and medications at little or no cost for you and your dependents (based on location and eligibility)
  • Collaborative clinical environment focused on relationship-based care
