Nurse Practitioner, Full Time Post Acute

Job Summary:

This is a post-acute Cardiology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology established practice. Currently, we are looking to fill an immediate full-time position for a qualified Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join this dynamic practice. NP will work with sub-acute and long term patients with supervising Cardiologist.

Travel to multiple centers in the central IL region

Qualifications:

Nurse Practitioner: One Year NP experience minimum, with Cardiology experience preferred.
