CapTech is hiring software engineering interns for its Elevate program, a 10-week, in-person immersion in the full life cycle of an IT consulting project. Interns collaborate in teams to solve client problems and develop software solutions with guidance from full-time consultants.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing applications with leading front-end and back-end technologies in web, mobile, cloud, web services, and/or DevOps Partnering with client stakeholders to build systems in new and innovative ways Manage parallel development and code versioning with Git

Qualifications: Undergraduate Juniors Passionate about technology with a desire to solve complex business and technical problems Current undergraduates with expected graduation dates in December 2027 - May 2028 who will be seeking full-time work after graduation Demonstrated an ability to be self-motivated contributors in a team environment Project or internship experience utilizing development platforms and languages such as Java, .NET, C#, C++, Go, Android, iOS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, AWS, and Azure Strong oral and written communication skills All majors welcome to apply Not required Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship Computer Science, BIT, Systems Engineering majors preferred
