Human Resources Director

The Bone and Joint Center is seeking qualified candidates for a Human Resources Director position! This position will be an integral part of the practice’s senior leadership team and be responsible for administering personnel and human resource functions in a busy and successful orthopaedic practice. The Bone and Joint Center is a large multi-location, surgical specialty practice located in Albany, NY.

The Director of Human Resources will oversee the practice’s employee relations functions, orientation and training activities, compensation/salary structure, and benefits program.

Interested candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in HR management
• Knowledge of federal, state and general regulations pertaining to employee relations
• Demonstrated experience with wage/salary administration and benefits administration
• Position requires effective communication skills, experience with policy development and implementation, and demonstrated ability to lead specific employee oriented programs
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in HR management or business administration; Masters preferred
• SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
