All that you need is:
- Bachelor's degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions
- Expertise with Microsoft BI tools including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and T-SQL
- Ability to analyze, document, and interpret business and technical requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
A minimum of five years of related experience is preferred.

Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST?
In this role, you'll spend your day transforming data into strategic value for the organization. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to understand business needs, design and develop enterprise business intelligence solutions, build and maintain ETL processes, create data models and reporting structures, and develop meaningful reports and analytics that empower decision-makers.
You'll analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, ensure development and reporting standards are maintained, and document solutions from design through implementation.
