We are seeking a Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React Native to design, develop, and support Point of Sale (POS) client applications. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, high-performance retail applications, integrating with backend services, and delivering seamless in-store user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L4 engineering support for NGPOS frontend applications and POS client solutions.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, support root cause analysis (RCA), and assist in implementing permanent fixes.
- Maintain and enhance React/React Native applications, user interfaces, and frontend integrations.
- Collaborate defect triage, prioritization, and resolution for frontend applications.
- Deliver application enhancements, usability improvements, and minor feature development.
- Support API integrations and connectivity with backend services and store peripherals.
- Support release activities, deployment validation, and post-release stabilization.
- Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and participate in knowledge transfer activities wherever applicable.
- Partner in continuous improvement initiatives focused on application stability, performance, and operational excellence
Mandatory Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in front-end application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native, TypeScript.
- Experience consuming GraphQL API and integrating with backend services.
- Knowledge of Redux/Context API, state management, and component-based architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with POS, retail, or store technology platforms.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest and Playwright.
- Experience working with peripheral devices (printers, scanners, payment terminals).
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30.51/hour - $47.67/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
