Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 3 production support for POS applications, platforms, and integrated enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues in production environments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and service availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with support, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to restore service and resolve issues.
• Support production releases, deployment activities, and post-deployment validation.
• Drive problem management, technical debt remediation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Automate operational processes and improve platform reliability, scalability, and resiliency.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Participate in on-call support, major incident management, and operational governance activities.

• Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and log analysis
• Security, vulnerability remediation, and access management
• Cloud cost optimization (FinOps) and capacity planning

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
