Primary Objective:

• Build, configure, test, and deploy functional and integrated agent experiences supporting Cai for HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Copilot Studio agents, topics, actions, prompts, and orchestration patterns.
• Build Power Automate flows and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Configure Dataverse tables, business rules, and supporting data structures.
• Create adaptive card experiences and approval workflows.
• Support testing, bug fixes, enhancements, and production deployments.
• Document technical solutions and reusable components.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $47.15/hour - $73.68/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
