**Canton Food Company is looking for an experienced Front\-End** **Manager for**

**the Los Angeles location**

**Canton Food Company,** a Cash and Carry Wholesaler has openings for experienced Front\-End Manager for our Los Angeles location. Canton offers competitive wages, good benefits, pension program, free parking and a thorough detailed training program.

**Job Responsibilities:**

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Front\-End Manager must oversee all Front\-End Operation
• Ensure compliance of all Frontend Company Policies and Procedures
• Coordinate various Frontend activities and assignments
• Maintain optimal levels of customer service throughout the department
• Manage all frontend departments to include Cashier, Callers, Customer Service and Order Desk.
• Maintaining frontend standards for customer service, cleanliness, organization and safety throughout the department
• Analyze performance of all frontend associates providing appropriate feedback for improvement when needed.
• Must be able to write an effective weekly schedule to meet all frontend expectations.

**Requirements:**

• 2\-3 years of Cashier/Customer Service Management Experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and work flow
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Cash counting experience
• Touch Screen POS/Hand Held Scanners
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite \& Outlook
• Availability to work variable hours and days, including early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be detailed orientated
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must possess effective written and oral communication skills
