We value proactive professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to make a meaningful impact through compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities.

  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
  • Manage electronic health records (EHR) and electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accurate documentation of treatment progress and clinical notes in compliance with standards.
  • Provide patient education on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and community care options to promote ongoing recovery outside clinical settings.
  • Assist in discharge planning by assessing patient needs for home health services or outpatient rehabilitation programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and current physiotherapy practices to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Valid licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in the respective jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in acute care experience, outpatient rehabilitation center experience, and working with geriatric patients.
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for accurate treatment plan development and progress notes.
  • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and trigger point therapy techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds while providing compassionate patient care.
  • Experience working with care plans that include discharge planning and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Familiarity with outpatient experience including outpatient clinic experience and outpatient rehabilitation center procedures is highly desirable.

Join us to be part of a supportive environment that fosters professional growth while making a positive difference in patients’ lives through expert physiotherapy services!
