Staff Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, self-motivated Staff Accountant to join our accounting team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional who can work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and consistently produce accurate, reliable financial information.

This role will play an important part in general ledger accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, inventory accounting and financial reporting. Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP is essential, as the successful candidate will use the system to manage accounting transactions, research discrepancies, perform reconciliations, and support reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP required.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
