• You're organized, possessing exceptional organizational abilities in your approach to legal proceedings and documentation.

About The Job

Step into a key role supporting complex, high-stakes family law matters alongside an established litigator. This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives on fast-paced case management, excels at anticipating what a case needs, and takes pride in being exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Carefully crafting important court filings and supporting documents, including draft family law pleadings, initial filings, requests for orders, ex parte paperwork, discovery, client declarations, stipulations, and temporary restraining orders.
• Expertly researching statutes, case law, opinions, briefs, and other information needed for our cases.
• Assiduously following up on correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.

Requirements

• Must have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Family law experience in San Diego County
• CA State Bar License, required
• This role requires an attorney who welcomes rigorous attention to detail, maintains composure under pressure, and works well with driven, exacting colleagues.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
