Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, development and launch of AI-powered products supporting the firm's transactional practices. This person owns product vision within their portfolio, develops 1-2 year roadmaps and manages multiple AI products across different practice groups, partnering closely with attorneys, engineering, IT, knowledge management, marketing and business stakeholders.

- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, balancing near-term needs with long-term vision.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI products, from ideation through development, launch and iteration.
- Define and prioritize features based on user needs, research and technical feasibility; write user stories and manage product backlogs.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-performing production AI products.
- Collaborate with attorneys and business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points and future requirements.
- Establish product goals, KPIs and success metrics, and ensure products deliver measurable value.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI across the firm's application and product portfolio.
- Stay current on AI/ML advancements, the competitive landscape and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Influence leadership and foster cross-departmental collaboration to execute AI initiatives.
- Implement and uphold responsible AI development practices.
Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in product management or product development leadership.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and with product management tools (Jira preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Practical AI product experience, ideally within the past 24 months, and comfort discussing LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT), prompt engineering, AI product architecture and implementation tradeoffs.
- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management and written and verbal communication.
- Track record of measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shipping AI features in an enterprise setting.
- Experience building products for expert users such as attorneys, physicians, financial professionals or analysts.
- Experience managing multiple products or a product portfolio.
- Background in legal technology, professional services, financial services, enterprise B2B SaaS or healthcare AI.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or a Juris Doctor.
Other Skills And Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good judgment and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Work Arrangement
Chicago-based candidates may work hybrid (minimum three days onsite) or 100% remote. Dallas and New York candidates work 100% remote. New-hire onboarding and the final interview take place onsite in Chicago, and occasional travel to Chicago may be required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
