We are looking for a strong leader who brings a fresh, structured perspective and can develop, implement, and maintain effective systems that improve staff accountability, daily operations, and quality of care.
This is an active leadership role requiring direct involvement with children, staff supervision, and hands-on training. The manager may also be included in the staff-to-client ratio as needed.
