OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - School based & Clinical

Building Blocks Therapy 4 Kids is a pediatric occupational therapy facility in San Dimas and Riverside, CA that services children with special needs in the home, school and clinic settings. We are seeking the following position to join our team of dedicated, experienced, and passionate professionals and make a positive impact on a child's life.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist - OTR/L Full Time

School Based and Clinic Caseload

Caseload includes: Evaluations and on-going treatments for school based and clinical clients, attending and contributing during IEP meetings, collaborating with school team for clients on caseload.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Required Licensure and Documentation:

Current and unrestricted California Occupational Therapy license

Current CPR certification

Current clear TB test

Valid Driver's License

Livescan

3 work related references (will not be contacted without permission)

Required Experience:

Experience working in the schools

Experience with IEP meetings

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to access and communicate via email

Additional Skills:

Must possess Reliable transportation
