About the Role

As a Clinical RN Supervisor at Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality hospice and palliative care services to patients and their families in Dublin, Ohio, and surrounding areas.

Your expertise and leadership will enable you to empower a team of registered nurses to provide patient-centered care that improves quality of life, preserves independence, and honors dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership: Supervise a team of registered nurses, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.
• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs, develop care plans, and coordinate services with other healthcare professionals.
• Staff Education: Design and deliver educational programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in hospice and palliative care best practices.
• Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Communication: Foster open communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and seamless transitions.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Current Licensure: Current RN license in the State of Ohio.
