  • Develop software across TypeScript, Python, and .NET/C#
  • Architect scalable cloud-native solutions and distributed systems
  • Create APIs, integrations, and event-driven workflows that support intelligent automation initiatives
  • Evaluate and improve AI system performance through testing, observability, and measurement frameworks
  • Partner with business and product stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions
  • Own technical delivery from design through deployment, release management, and post-production support
  • Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual processes and operational overhead
  • Mentor engineers and influence engineering standards, architecture decisions, and development practices

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership experience

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, tool-calling, RAG, or related GenAI technologies
  • Daily user of AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar coding assistants
  • Strong software development experience in at least one of the following:
  • TypeScript
  • Python
  • C# / .NET

*

  • Ability to design scalable architectures, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
  • Experience owning technical delivery for complex products, platforms, or enterprise initiatives
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Temporal, Cadence, AWS Step Functions, or similar workflow orchestration platforms
  • Experience building and deploying AI workloads on GCP, including Vertex AI, Gemini, Cloud Run, or GKE
  • Experience developing modern web or mobile applications using React, Next.js, React Native, or Expo
  • Familiarity with AI observability and evaluation tools such as Langfuse or OpenTelemetry
  • Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, vector databases, embeddings, or search technologies
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail technology, order management, logistics, or workflow-driven business domains
  • Prior experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or Engineering Lead
