Physical Therapist - SUNDAYS/Per Diem

Pay: $50.00/hr+ based off experience

Job Type: PRN -- Mainly scheduled for Sundays on per diem basis

Brookside Healthcare Center is 97-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, in the City of Redlands. We are looking to fill in Physical Therapy positions!

Duties and Responsibilities

All duties and responsibilities shall be performed as set forth in our established policies and procedures.

Adheres to and assures compliance with Code of Conduct, facility policies and procedures and all applicable rules, regulations and standards as promulgated by Federal, State, and accrediting agencies or regulating bodies. This includes, but is not limited to, Department of Health, Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services, and other applicable regulatory agencies.

Completion of required compliance training and processes

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Graduate from an accredited program in PT

Active state licensing

1 year experience in related setting desired

Schedule:

• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Redlands, CA 92373: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License
• CPR Certification
