Job Summary

Ahava Medical located in the heart of the 5 towns is seeking a Registered Nurse with injection experience to provide attentive, coordinated care in a medical office setting. The nurse supports patient assessment, treatment, documentation, and follow-up while working with patients and healthcare providers. Work with a great multi-disciplinary team in a beautiful brand new facility.

One location no need to travel.

Duties

• Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions as directed; perform phlebotomy, catheter care, and other procedures within scope and training.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, following HIPAA privacy requirements and infection-control practices.
• Coordinate care, patient education, and discharge planning; provide health coaching and support for patients with varied needs.

Skills

• Required: Current Registered Nurse licensure, strong patient-care and assessment skills, medical terminology, and clear communication.
• Required: Knowledge of medication administration, aseptic technique, vital signs, medical documentation, and HIPAA.
• Preferred: Medical office or clinic experience; familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or other EMR/EHR systems.
• Relevant experience may include primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, hospital or acute care, geriatrics, pediatrics, dialysis, telemetry, hospice and palliative medicine, or senior care.
• Additional experience with triage, IV insertion, catheterization, infection control, case management, developmental disabilities, memory care, or long-term care is valued.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
