We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
About the Role

Broadridge’s Global Technology and Operations (GTO) business provides trade-processing technology and managed services to financial institutions. Within GTO’s Fixed Income division, we are seeking a Product Manager to lead a team of three associates and advance our impact application and tokenization related initiatives.
This role calls for deep impact product expertise, a strong foundation in accounting and finance, and knowledge of tokenization. You will guide product priorities from client discovery and requirements through delivery, release, and adoption, while developing a small team with complementary specialist skills.
What You Will Do

- Lead, coach, and manage three associates, setting clear objectives, allocating work, providing technical guidance, and supporting performance and development.
- Own the roadmap for assigned impact and related tokenization capabilities, balancing client needs, market opportunities, regulatory developments, and business priorities.
- Use impact expertise and accounting and finance knowledge to evaluate workflows, books-and-records requirements, controls, and downstream effects of product changes.
- Assess tokenization and distributed ledger use cases, translating viable opportunities into product requirements and delivery plans.
- Engage clients and prospective clients to understand needs, validate proposed solutions, and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and product adoption.
- Develop clear business requirements and work with business analysts, engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to coordinate testing, releases, and issue resolution.
- Partner with business development and other product teams on business cases, positioning, pricing recommendations, and go-to-market plans.
- Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and risks; communicate decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Issue resolution for escalated production support client inquiries.
What You Bring
------------------
- Substantial hands-on knowledge of impact and fixed-income post-trade workflows.
- Strong accounting and finance expertise, including the ability to assess how product decisions affect transactions, controls, and financial records.
- Knowledge of tokenization and its potential application to capital-markets products; DLT Repo experience or related platforms is an advantage.
- Experience managing or mentoring product specialists or other professional staff.
- Experience defining requirements, prioritizing a product roadmap, and working with technology teams through testing and release.
- Sound analytical judgment, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to work across functions, influence stakeholders, and deliver in a changing environment.

Salary Range: 180,000 -200,000 - USD annual plus benefits
