Are you an experienced sales professional looking for an opportunity to make a difference? BrightStar Care is looking for a motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Outside Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our non-medical private duty home care services.

If you have experience in healthcare sales, established referral relationships, and a passion for building strong community connections, we would love to meet you!

Candidates with existing private duty home care referral accounts and established relationships with healthcare professionals are highly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new business opportunities for private duty home care services.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, clinics, senior living communities, and other referral sources.
• Conduct outside sales visits and promote BrightStar Care services.
• Develop and maintain referral partnerships.
• Attend networking events and community activities.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to grow the territory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in home care or healthcare.
• Established healthcare referral relationships are a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
• Comfortable with outside sales and generating new business.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
