Part-Time / Per Diem Occupational Therapist (PT) – In-Home Care

Pay: at least $75 per visit

BrightStar Care of Appleton is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services to patients in the Appleton, WI area and surrounding communities.

This is a part-time / per diem opportunity for a compassionate therapist who enjoys working one-on-one with patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the home setting.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop a plan of care.
• Help patients improve safety, mobility, and independence in daily activities.
• Communicate with the care team and document visits accurately.
• Follow all applicable state and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin.
• at least 2 years Occupational Therapist experience
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.
