BrightStar Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty RN with experience caring for clients with quadriplegia for a one-on-one nursing assignment in the South Euclid area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking for a consistent weekday schedule while building a meaningful connection with a young adult client.

CURRENT NURSING OPPORTUNITY – SOUTH EUCLID!

• Location: South Euclid, OH
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Client: Young Adult
• Pay: $40 per hour
• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Required Experience: Previous nursing experience caring for individuals with quadriplegia is required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As the assigned Private Duty RN, you will provide individualized nursing care and support the client's health, safety, comfort, and daily needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing one-on-one nursing care in a home setting
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Performing wound care and monitoring skin integrity
• Providing catheter care
• Managing and assisting with the prescribed bowel regimen
• Monitoring the client's condition and reporting changes
• Following individualized care plans and physician orders
• Maintaining accurate nursing documentation and communicating with the care team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active and unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience providing care to individuals with quadriplegia required
• Experience with wound care, catheter care, and bowel management
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
• Ability to provide safe, individualized one-on-one nursing care
