The Brig PT culture
We value work-life balance and that’s not just a cliche. We have a hard start and stop to the day. I can count on one hand the number of times I had to deal with a work issue before 8am or after 6pm.
The only reason we tend to text outside those hours is to get coffee orders for the morning Wawa run. Our PTO is actually usable - our PTs take more vacations than any other company I’ve worked at.
Our PTs have autonomy. Practice your way, try new techniques, specialize in whatever area you’re passionate about, bill for whichever codes you want. We want you to be proud of the work you do and not feel like you’re a cog in a big healthcare machine.
You’ll be seen and heard. You’ll work side by side with the company owners and clinical director. We’ll ask for your input before making decisions.
We’ll act on the feedback you give us. We’ll protect you from overwork and burnout.
We’re a family. The staff hangs out together on the weekends. We celebrate each other’s successes in and out of the clinic.
We want everyone to grow and develop into whatever their dream role is.
We get to know our patients. Our PTs share patients so we each get to know everyone. We greet them by name when they walk in the door.
We’ll hug if we haven’t seen them in a while. We know our patients’ families’, friends’, and pets’ names and we ask about them.
We like fun and noise. Our most common complaint from patients is the clinic gets too loud. We like to keep the music upbeat, energy high and conversation constant.
We’ll have impromptu fitness competitions, games, trivia, and riddles to keep staff and patients engaged. We want patients to have the best experience possible.
