Bridgeway Care and Rehab Center is a qualifying facility for the CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes program!

Eligible full-time RNs and LPNs may qualify for:

• Up to $40,000 in student loan repayment
• Up to $10,000 in additional stipend payments

Awards are provided directly to eligible nurses by CMS in exchange for a three-year commitment.

Program Requirements:

• Must be an RN or LPN hired into a full-time position.
• Must not have worked in a nursing home within the previous 60 days.
• Must create an account at nursesfornursinghomes.cms.gov before your start date.

We are looking for dedicated RNs for a variety of shifts at our award winning facility in Bridgewater and Hillsborough, NJ

OPEN SHIFTS: 12 & 8 hour shifts!

Job Responsibilities:

• Administering medications and treatment as required
• Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Documenting resident care
• Adhering to infection control policies and procedures as well as other facility policies
• Consulting with physicians regarding resident’s plan of care and for any modifications
• Supervising nursing assistants to ensure personal care is provided
• Communicating with physicians, family members and team members
• Providing patient/family education to prepare for discharge to home
• Responding in a timely fashion to residents needs
