Brevard County’s Tourism Development Office is seeking an experienced, results-driven Meetings & Conventions Sales Manager to promote the Space Coast as a premier destination for meetings, conventions, and group business.

In this role, you’ll build relationships with meeting planners, generate new business opportunities, and work closely with local hotels, venues, and hospitality partners to convert leads into booked business. You’ll serve as a key destination resource for planners while showcasing the Space Coast’s meeting facilities, accommodations, attractions, services and amenities.

We’re looking for a relationship-builder and strategic sales professional who understands the meetings and conventions industry and can confidently promote a destination to a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering measurable results.

Knowledge of destination marketing, CRM practices, lead generation, digital marketing, and the local meetings and hospitality industry is highly desirable. The position requires strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.70 - $31.57 per hour
