We provide a full-service experience, from initial customer inquiries and vessel marketing to inspections, transportation, financing coordination, and successful closings.As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, highly organized Operations Manager to help lead our daily operations and ensure our teams are operating at their highest potential.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day business operations across our Hollywood and Ruskin locations.We need a strong leader who takes ownership, solves problems independently, holds teams accountable, and ensures business operations run efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate activities between both locations.
• Manage scheduling for customer appointments, vessel showings, inspections, sea trials, and deliveries.
• Coordinate communication between sales agents, administrative staff, and management.
• Delegate tasks, establish priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor employee productivity, accountability, and daily performance.
• Resolve operational challenges and implement efficient solutions.
• Support sales transactions, inventory coordination, and customer service.
• Provide management with daily updates on priorities, progress, and outstanding issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in operations management or a similar leadership role preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with scheduling systems and office technology.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Marine industry experience is a plus but not required.

COMPENSATION & ADVANCEMENT90-Day Paid Evaluation Period

• Days 1–30: $500 per week
• Days 31–60: $750 per week
• Days 61–90: $1,000 per week

Upon Successful Completion of the 90-Day Evaluation:

Starting Base Salary: $6,000 Monthly ($72,000 Annually)

Additional commission opportunities, performance-based bonuses, company vehicles, and other incentives may be available based on individual performance, company needs, and management approval.All additional incentives are performance-based, discretionary, and not guaranteed.
