Retail Sales & Tech Specialist – Boost Mobile

Are you great with people and even better with smartphones? We are looking for a Sales Representative who can turn a conversation into a sale and a technical glitch into a solution. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated by a base hourly wage plus uncapped commission.

What You’ll Do

• Sell with Personality: Greet customers, understand their needs, and find the perfect Boost Mobile plan and device for them.
• Troubleshoot & Tech Support: Help customers set up their new phones, transfer data (pictures, contacts, etc.), and fix common software issues.
• Grow the Business: Hit your monthly sales targets for phones, accessories, and insurance protection plans.
• Outside-In Sales: Occasionally step outside the four walls to engage with the local community through flyering or tent events to bring in new leads.
• Manage the Store: Use our system (Point of Sale) to process payments, manage inventory, and keep the store looking sharp.

• Sales Hustle: You aren't afraid to ask for the sale and can handle "no" with a smile.
• Tech Fluency: You know your way around an iPhone and an Android. You can explain "Gigs" and "Operating Systems" in plain English.
• Customer First Mentality: You treat every customer like a VIP, ensuring they leave happier than when they walked in.
• Reliability: You’re punctual, professional, and ready to work flexible retail hours (including weekends).
