Bonded Lash Bar is a growing eyelash extension company with seven New Jersey locations and additional studios in development. We specialize in lash extensions, brow services, and waxing, with a focus on exceptional service and a consistent brand experience.

We are seeking a creative, organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to take ownership of our social media presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys filming, editing, developing ideas, and turning everyday studio moments into engaging content.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage a content calendar that supports services, promotions, recruiting, and new-location launches.
• Travel between studios to capture service results, behind-the-scenes footage, staff introductions, and client testimonials.
• Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Create and schedule posts, write captions, and maintain consistent branding across platforms.
• Publish engaging Instagram Stories featuring lash work, studio updates, team members, and appointment availability.
• Coordinate content shoots with studio teams while respecting appointments and the client experience.
• Manage comments and general social media messages, directing booking and service questions to the appropriate team.
• Support influencer collaborations and our brand ambassador program.
• Attend select company events and grand openings to capture content.
• Track performance and provide monthly recommendations based on engagement, website traffic, booking clicks, and inquiries.
• Obtain appropriate consent before filming or publishing client content.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating content and managing social media for a business or brand.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong short-form video, photography, and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and CapCut or comparable editing tools.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of beauty, lifestyle, and service-based marketing.
• Confidence guiding team members and clients during filming.
• The ability to manage deadlines, organize shoots, and work independently.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between New Jersey locations.
• Availability for occasional events outside regular scheduled hours.

Beauty industry experience is preferred. Personal projects and freelance work demonstrating relevant skills are welcome.

Compensation & Perks

• $23-$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Approximately 25 hours per week, with scheduling coordinated around studio visits and content needs.
• Reimbursement for approved business mileage and travel expenses.
• Paid time for required filming, editing, meetings, and travel between studios.
