Screen Printing Sales Representative

Role Overview

The Bold Hits Sales Representative generates revenue for the business through relationship building, qualifying leads, and guiding the customers journey through the ordering process. This position is ideal for individuals looking to have a high earning potential, enjoy problem-solving and closing sales in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business through outbound calls, email outreach, and in-person visits
• Prepares and submits quotes to customers
• Maintain relationships with current customers
• Research and qualify prospective clients
• Collaborate with production teams to create accurate timelines
• Resolve customer questions and concerns quickly
• Document all interactions using shop-management software
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes

Preferred Experience

• High school graduate with 3+ years of sales experience selling to a diverse group of decision makers (ex: business owners, schools, churches)
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (must be able to show)
• Ability to lead customers through options by consultative selling
• Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office, Google Suite or Apple equivalent

Pay: $52,200.00 - $72,800.00 per year
