Family Nurse Practitioner

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare to patients.

Duties

• Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
• Provide patient education on disease prevention and health maintenance
• Perform procedures such as IV insertion and wound care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Utilize electronic health records for documentation

Days/Hours

• Two days per week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization
• Current state Nurse Practitioner license
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in acute care settings
• Previous experience in medical office settings is preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 per hour
