Job Overview

Bluebird Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Shallotte, NC!

In this role, you will provide physical therapy services to patients, focusing on Orthopedic & Neurological Rehabilitation, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, Pre/Post-Operative Care, and more! Your primary goal will be to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through personalized treatment plans.

Specialized services include

Aquatic Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Vestibular Therapy, Parkinson's Therapy, McKenzie Spinal Therapy, and Golf Conditioning Therapy.

  • Base Salary:

$90,000 (new graduate range) to $110,000 (experienced PTs)

  • Annual Incentive:

Up to $25,000

  • Benefits:

Estimated employer value of approximately 18% of base salary. That's up to approximately $155,000 in potential annual compensation and benefits value.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of rehabilitation programs.
  • Conduct outpatient therapy sessions focused on patient recovery and functional improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment procedures, progress, and home exercise programs.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans.
  • Manage patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in orthopedic and rehabilitative therapies to provide evidence-based care.
