Junior Graphic Designer & Product Development Coordinator

About the Position:

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our design and product development team!

Blue Sky specializes in ceramic home décor, collectibles, and giftware. Our creative team also develops unique paper party goods and accessories.

This role combines graphic design, packaging design, and product development coordination. We’re looking for someone with a great creative eye who enjoys working with a team, loves bringing ideas to life, and is excited to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Create packaging designs, product graphics, and digital mockups.
• Work with original hand-drawn artwork to develop finished designs.
• Prepare artwork and production-ready files using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Assist with product development from initial concept through production.
• Coordinate samples, revisions, approvals, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with our designers, artists, and manufacturing team.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong sense of design, color, composition, and attention to detail.
• Creative, organized, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with hand-drawn illustrations, packaging, or product design is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $56,160.00 per year
