Overview

As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers explore and purchase landscaping, lawn care, and handyman-related services that meet their needs. You'll work directly with customers to understand their property goals, recommend appropriate services, and develop solutions that fit their needs and budgets.

This position combines customer service, sales, appointment setting, and administrative responsibilities. You'll play an important role in building customer relationships, preparing estimates, and helping turn potential customers into long-term clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and a strong understanding of the services offered by Blue Ridge Landscape & Lawncare.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and respectfully recommend appropriate services and solutions.
• Create and present customized service packages, pricing options, and available financial solutions to accommodate customer budgets.
• Accurately and efficiently enter customer information, project details, and sales activity into company systems.
• Schedule appointments, follow up with prospective customers, and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, both onsite and over the phone.
• Prepare professional estimates, service recommendations, and project proposals using company-provided templates.
• Gather and document detailed project information to support the creation of accurate and actionable scopes of work.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that provide value to customers and support company growth.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly and adapt to different situations.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to accurately enter and manage customer information.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with landscaping, lawn care, property maintenance, or handyman services is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve sales skills and service knowledge.

Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
