BJ Contracting is looking for a motivated, driven individual to join our team in a multi-role management position!

We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, take ownership, and help drive our company forward. This position combines construction project management, quality control, and sales. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, well-spoken, professional, and motivated to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage schedules, coordinate crews, and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
• Pay close attention to details and ensure jobs are completed correctly.
• Communicate professionally with customers, employees, and subcontractors.
• Build customer relationships and help generate new business.
• Assist with estimating, proposals, and closing sales.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Set goals and work hard to achieve them.

Qualifications:

• Strong construction knowledge and experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Professional, well-spoken, and comfortable working with customers.
