Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our Night Shift team at Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while also supervising and mentoring our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assessing their physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing care interventions
• Supervise and mentor our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting the needs of our residents
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that promote the health and well-being of our residents
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff to support professional development and growth
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standard of care is being delivered to our residents
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care and staff performance
