Full-Time Ag Marketing Specialist

Location: Bryan, TX (next to Texas A&M University)

BioXRG is a pioneering ag startup redefining what biostimulants can do. Our breakthrough organic-certified Bio-Ferm™ is powered by a proprietary high-tech fermentation platform that delivers over 9,000 bioactive molecules — including dozens of phytohormones, amino acids, peptides and nano-scale organic acids.

It’s already driving strong yield gains in Midwest row crops and West Coast specialty crops (conventional, regenerative, and organic).

We’re looking for a highly motivated graduate in Ag Marketing, Agricultural Communications, or a related field to join us full-time and own our social media and content creation efforts.

Role Highlights

• Full-time role with real ownership of marketing strategy and execution in a fast-growing startup
• Lead social media strategy and growth across all channels
• Create high-quality content including video production, photography, email campaigns, brochures, and advertising materials
• Hands-on camera work and on-site/field content capture
• Support label design, product branding, and logo development
• Support sales with targeted marketing campaigns

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or master’s graduate in Ag Marketing, Agricultural Communications, or related field
• Proven experience creating social media content
• Strong camera and videography skills (filming, framing, lighting)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Excellent video editing and visual storytelling abilities
• Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment
• Preferred is a solid understanding of commercial agriculture customers
• Preferred is work experience in agricultural marketing

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
