Human Resources Generalist

HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST – BERNARDS TOWNSHIP – SOMERSET COUNTY

Seeking an experienced HR professional to provide benefits administration for oversight of all benefits plans including Health, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending, Insurance plans and Deferred Compensation retirement benefits; coordinate open enrollment and process all new enrollments and benefit changes for employees; administer COBRA as required by law; administer FMLA as required by law including issuing leave letters and maintaining records and medical documentation; administer Workers’ Compensation program for all Township departments; may assist with recruitment, selection and onboarding of new hires.

Position is full-time, 40 hours/week.

Applicants must have any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited community college plus a minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR or a related field. Valid NJ driver’s license required.

Pay: $32-$37/hour DOQ.
