Lead Physical Therapist

Overview:

The Lead Therapist PT is responsible for assisting with operation and fiscal activities of physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops systems and processes to improve the operating quality, safety and efficiency of the department.
• Assists with hiring, training, supervising, and coaching employees.
• Provides educational in-services and participates in marketing activities.
• Manages daily departmental activities related to budget, staffing, supplies, Medicare, and other payment utilization.

Qualifications

Required

• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, which must be in good standing.
• Associate’s degree.
