Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

Location: Quincy Village | Waynesboro, PA

Benchmark Therapies is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at Quincy Village in Waynesboro. If you genuinely love working with older adults and want a role where you actually have the time to get to know your patients, we would love to talk with you.

Quincy Village is a beautiful, highly regarded community that offers everything from independent living and personal care to memory care and skilled nursing.

What you’ll do here:

• Work with residents across all care levels (independent, personal care, memory care, and skilled nursing) to improve their strength, balance, and day-to-day mobility.
• Get to know your patients, their families, and the nursing staff so everyone is on the same page with care.
• Collaborate naturally with the rest of the rehab and facility team to help residents reach their personal goals.
• Keep up with daily documentation using Net Health.
• Be a supportive, reliable teammate in a department that leaves ego at the door.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• An active Pennsylvania PT license in good standing.
• A sincere enjoyment of working with seniors.
• Good communication skills: someone who naturally collaborates and listens well.
