Bellingham Pediatric Therapy is looking for a full time pediatric OT to work in our outpatient occupational therapy clinic in beautiful Bellingham, WA. If you value a flexible, collaborative, inclusive, and strengths-based model of care, this could be the job for you!

We are a small team of highly skilled outpatient OTs who value work/life balance and flexible schedules. We understand that in order to be a successful OT you need time to recharge, time with your family, and the ability to flex and change your schedule when the need arises. As OTs we help kids live full and rich lives, and we want to help you do the same!

This position could be part time (2 days/week), or full time (4-5 days/week) depending on your schedule needs. This clinician will see kids in the clinic age 2-12 with a variety of diagnoses including developmental delay, sensory processing disorder, picky eating, fine and gross motor deficits, and exucutive skill dysfucniton.

If this clinician works more than 32 hours per week, they will be designated a full time employee and will be offered benefits such as health insurance, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Required Credentials:

  • Current Washington state occupational therapy license
  • Current Basic Life Support and First Aid
  • Driver's license

Preferred:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • 1+ years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy

Responsibilities

  • Completes appropriate evaluations and assessments.
  • Collaborates with families, teachers, therapists, and doctors to provide support and resources for patients.
  • Communicates clearly with the families, teachers, and other care team members.
  • Refers to specialists as appropriate.
  • Adheres to HIPPA standards, professional practice standards, and state and federal laws.
  • Obtains continuing education as required by OT licensure; maintains and enhances clinical practice skills.
  • Adheres to professional practice standards set forth by the AOTA.
  • Submits documentation and billing in a timely manner.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
