Growth Marketing Specialist (AI + Ecommerce)

Growth Marketing Specialist at Bedrock Digital, El Paso, TX. Full-time, in office. You'll run Meta and Google Ads, Shopify stores, and Klaviyo email for our clients and our own brands, using Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Grok every day.

2+ years hands-on paid ads required. Shopify and Klaviyo experience required. Spanish is a plus.

Pay and benefits: $42,000 to $57,000 base plus quarterly bonus and incentives tied to account results. Paid tools, AI subscriptions, training, and certifications.
