We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross\-functional programs and drive successful product development initiatives from concept through launch. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing the
**Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)**
, partnering with engineering, product management, UX, research, and business stakeholders to deliver high\-quality products on time and at scale.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive end\-to\-end program execution across the full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), from requirements gathering through launch and post\-release support.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, Research, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and dependency tracking.
- Lead cross\-functional meetings, facilitate decision\-making, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Identify program risks, blockers, and resource constraints, and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Establish and improve program management processes, frameworks, and operational excellence practices.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in fast\-paced, agile environments.
- Track program health, communicate status updates to leadership, and provide clear executive\-level reporting.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure readiness across technical and business teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development workflows and team efficiency.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5\+ years of Technical Program Management experience supporting software, platform, or technology product development.
- Strong experience managing programs throughout the full Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
- Experience working closely with software engineering, product management, design, and cross\-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
