Marketing Manager (Social Media & Content), Part-Time

Overview

Bare by TRE is a luxury boudoir studio in Fort Dodge where women come to feel confident, seen and a little bit unhinged in the best way. We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Manager to run our social media and turn scrollers into booked sessions. You’ll plan it, film it, write it, post it and track what’s working.

Duties

• Plan a monthly content calendar around our offers, new sets and promotions
• Film behind-the-scenes and short-form video on studio shoot days, always with client consent
• Write and edit captions, Reels, Stories and graphics that sound like a real person, not a brand
• Post and manage Instagram, Facebook, our private VIP Facebook group and TikTok
• Reply to comments and DMs, and pass booking questions to the owner
• Promote giveaways, offers and events, and drive traffic to our website
• Track reach, engagement, clicks and inquiries, and share a short monthly report with the owner

Skills and requirements

• Must have: Experience managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for a business or brand. You can shoot and edit short-form video and write captions with personality. You plan ahead and post on schedule without being chased.
• Nice to have: Canva or Adobe (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere), photography, Facebook/Meta ads, or experience in beauty, photography or boudoir.
• You know how to read your analytics and turn them into better content.
• You’re discreet, respectful and easy to be around. Our clients trust us in vulnerable moments.
• You’re organized, self-motivated and comfortable working mostly on your own.
• Comfortable working in a boudoir studio where clients are in lingerie or partially nude
• Must be 21 or older
• Because of the private nature of our work, this role requires signing a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before your start date.

What we provide

• Company laptop for planning, editing and posting

Pay and schedule

• Part-time, up to 20 hours per week
• Mostly remote, with in-studio shoot days in Fort Dodge
• Available for in-studio shoot days, including some weekdays/weekends/evenings.
• Reliable transportation to our Fort Dodge studio
• Weekly salary starting at $150, based on experience, plus $10/hour for studio content days
