About this role
Looking for part-time PT work where you can put your specialty to use?
Join Back to Better for 60-minute, one-on-one PT appointments, and the opportunity to bring your specialty expertise into a growing cash-pay practice.
We’re looking for a physical therapist with experience in vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ, pelvic health, or another clinical specialty beyond general orthopedics. You don’t need experience in all of these areas—just relevant training and the confidence to evaluate and treat patients independently within your specialty.
You’ll work alongside Dr. Holly Sanders, an experienced PT and practice owner who values thoughtful care, clear communication, and meaningful patient relationships.
What this opportunity offers
- $55–$65 per hour, based on experience, clinical skills, and specialty expertise.
- Part-time W-2 employment, approximately 15–20 hours per week.
- A schedule developed together, based on your availability.
- 60-minute, one-on-one PT appointments.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
Who we’re looking for
- A physical therapist licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
- At least two years of clinical experience.
- Training and hands-on experience in vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ, or pelvic floor therapy, with confidence treating patients in at least one of these areas. No formal specialty certification required.
- Strong patient communication, rapport, and follow-through.
What you’ll do
Provide individualized evaluations and treatment, explain your findings and recommendations, and help patients understand their progress. Your caseload will reflect your expertise and may include orthopedic patients. Holly will also train you to provide StemWave treatments.
Alongside treatment and documentation, you’ll help schedule patients, collect payments, answer inquiries, and make occasional outreach and follow-up calls. You’ll also have opportunities to suggest improvements to daily operations and contribute to practice growth.
Cash-pay experience isn’t required.
Interested?
Apply through Indeed with your résumé. Selected candidates will be invited to a short introductory phone conversation with Holly.
